Our organization is comprised of certified mental performance coaches, behavioral health specialists, former Division I athletes, educators, and strategic advisors. Founder & CEO
A Division I athlete turned certified mental performance coach, Riley blends elite sport experience with a decade of service in youth behavioral health, refugee support, and performance psychology. She built Noetic from the ground up with one goal: to create a place where athletes could train their mind with the same intentionality as their body and feel safe doing it.
As a mother, wife, and systems thinker, Riley brings unmatched emotional intelligence and operational leadership to every program we deliver. She leads Noetic’s curriculum and innovation efforts, ensuring every session, tool, and resource is battle-tested and built to scale.

Lorenzo brings over a decade of experience in business development, human relations, and regulated industries including his work as Founder of Icovy, a top-tier MedTech agency. He’s also a former D1 athlete who knows firsthand what elite athletes endure, and why mental systems are no longer optional.
At Noetic, he oversees strategic growth, enterprise partnerships, and cross-sector alignment to ensure our offerings reach the athletes and institutions who need them most. He’s driven by one mission: to make mental resilience non-negotiable across sport, education, and leadership.
